What We’re Wearing: Stutterheim Houndstooth Detail RaincoatStutterheim Green Raincoat

A month or so ago Porter and I were wandering around Back Bay shopping for nothing in particular when we came across the Stutterheim brand for the first time. Neither of us had ever heard of Stutterheim, which is pretty surprising given that we both harbor a bit of an obsession with Scandinavian style. Their raincoats are honestly unlike any others I’ve come across. Somewhere between neoprene and rubber, they’re incredibly soft, incredibly waterproof, and warm enough to wear well into winter. While the majority of the styles are solid, a few are striped, colour-blocked, or half houndstooth (like the one I have). They run on the large side, I think because every jacket is unisex, so I would definitely suggest girls order down a size, or even two. All in all, I love the way Stutterheim combines functionality with a style that’s at once original and classic. We’re looking forward to the next rainy day.
